Paid access, beta access, or case-review request
If you purchased through Whop or received a beta/manual access code, use the same email address from checkout or your invitation. Start with the free notice check when you are unsure whether the case belongs in the paid workspace.
Before sending sensitive files
- Do not send marketplace passwords, payment-card numbers, or unrelated personal data.
- Remove unrelated customer or employee information where possible.
- Keep original invoices, supplier documents, tracking records, and platform notices available for your own review.
Privacy or deletion request
For deletion or privacy requests, include the case identifier, the contact email used for the intake, and a short description of what should be removed. We may need to retain limited records for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
