Terms of Use

These terms explain the practical boundaries for using Appeal Kit while the product is in beta.

Last updated: 2026-06-05

1. What Appeal Kit provides

Appeal Kit helps Amazon and TikTok Shop sellers review marketplace notices, platform-detail screenshots, evidence gaps, appeal-preparation notes, and supporting documentation. It is a preparation and workflow tool. It does not submit appeals for you, represent you before a marketplace, or guarantee reinstatement, fund release, account recovery, listing restoration, or approval.

2. No legal advice or guaranteed outcome

Information generated by Appeal Kit is for preparation and organization only. Marketplace decisions depend on the platform, the facts of your account, and your submitted evidence. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to submit any output. High-risk legal, IP, safety, regulatory, fund, or account-level matters may require specialist or legal help.

3. Your responsibility

  • Only upload documents and case information that you are allowed to share.
  • Do not upload false, forged, misleading, or unlawfully obtained evidence.
  • Do not upload marketplace passwords, payment-card numbers, tax IDs, bank credentials, or unrelated customer or employee data.
  • Review all generated checklists, drafts, and summaries before using them.
  • Do not use Appeal Kit for unlawful, abusive, or platform-evasion activity.

4. Beta and access codes

Some features may be in beta, invite-only, access-code based, or manually reviewed. A purchase or beta invitation may require you to use the same email address used at checkout or access setup. We may pause, change, revoke, or limit access to protect quality, privacy, fraud prevention, and operational capacity.

5. Evidence uploads and review queue

Evidence uploads are used to prepare an evidence-gap review, packet order, checklist, or next-step summary for the submitted case. Upload only materials that are relevant to that case and that you are allowed to share. The review queue is not an emergency support line, legal representation, account-management service, or direct marketplace submission service.

6. Data use for service quality

We may use submitted content, generated outputs, usage data, diagnostics, and feedback to provide, maintain, analyze, improve, and develop Appeal Kit, including improving evidence checklists, workflow recommendations, abuse prevention, access-code reliability, and product quality. We do not sell private seller documents. Where practical, we use de-identified or aggregated information for product analysis.

7. Payments and refunds

Paid access, if offered, covers the stated workspace or preparation support for the selected case type. It does not buy a guaranteed appeal result, marketplace decision, fund release, or legal service. Refund handling follows the checkout page, Whop purchase surface, or manual intake terms shown at the time of payment.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves from beta into broader launch. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
