Privacy Policy

Appeal Kit is designed around sensitive marketplace cases, so privacy and data minimization are part of the product boundary.

1. Information we process

Depending on the feature you use, Appeal Kit may process marketplace notice text, backend or platform-detail screenshots, uploaded evidence files, case summaries, checklist answers, access-code status, checkout or order metadata from providers such as Whop, and contact information you choose to provide.

2. How the information is used

  • To classify the notice or case type.
  • To request missing platform-detail screenshots and generate evidence-readiness checklists or editable preparation outputs.
  • To operate beta access, paid access, support, and abuse prevention.
  • To verify paid or beta access when a checkout provider, access code, or manual operator flow is used.
  • To provide, maintain, analyze, improve, and develop the service, including evidence checklists, workflow recommendations, diagnostics, access-code reliability, and product quality.

This may include submitted content, generated outputs, usage data, diagnostics, and feedback. We do not sell private seller documents. Where practical, we use de-identified or aggregated information for product analysis and avoid exposing seller-sensitive details.

3. Sensitive documents

Marketplace cases can include invoices, supplier records, tracking details, account notices, backend screenshots, identity or business-verification references, company registry filings, and other sensitive business material. Upload only what is needed for the case. Redact or omit secrets, credentials, buyer/customer data, employee data, tax IDs, payment-card numbers, bank credentials, and unrelated personal data before uploading when possible. Do not paste raw sensitive materials into public comments, chat, Obsidian notes, or code repositories.

4. Sharing

We do not sell seller case data. We may use infrastructure providers to host the app, store submitted materials, send email, operate the workspace, process checkout/access metadata, or provide support. We may disclose information if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to protect the service.

5. Retention and deletion

Case data may be retained while a case is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, audit, abuse prevention, and product-quality review. You can request deletion of case materials through the contact page.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no internet service can promise perfect security. Avoid uploading credentials, marketplace passwords, payment-card numbers, or unrelated confidential material.
